Benloch Modular
The First modular home we have ever built was quite a hit. It was originally built to be the benloch Ranch model home. Because of this home being built in an impressive 30 days all of benloch ranch first phase was reserved in 60 days.
The move for this house was no easy feet it traveled from salt lake to park city which is normally a 20 minute drive. However we had to take it on a 120 mile journey due to the height and width of these mods.
This home is a perfect example of how smaller but with great design can fill much larger.
This home is 2000 square ft with two master suits and and a guest room or office. Located at benloch ranch Utah
