What is the typical timeline for building a custom home?

A: The timeline for building a custom home varies depending on the size and complexity of the project. Our typical projects in Salt lake City and Utah take between 10 months and 16 months. Most of our projects in Los Angeles are much more detailed and larger-scale. It takes 3-5 years to get all the details perfect.

How does your design process & service work?

A: The design process includes site analysis, architectural design, structural engineering, interior design, and landscape design. Our Team offers in-house design for projects of any size. This is done by using partnerships with Architects that we have found to be excellent and cutting-edge; They provide the right amount of detail that allows for absolutely no misunderstanding for the client and subcontractors of what a space should look like. They also keep the construction in mind to make sure there aren't any crazy engineering elements that are costly. Each of our project managers is heavily design oriented so even when construction begins we will continue to refine the plans for each client and offer consulting along the way. We want the home to be as beautiful as possible, just like you. We also welcome architects to bring us their clients to build the home they designed. We offer wonderful referral bonuses.

Do you offer referral bonuses?

Yes! Whether you are a realtor, architect, you name it, we will happily reward people for lining us up with a client we end up onboarding. 

When should you get involved with our architect?

A: Immediately, the sooner you can get us involved with you and your architect the better your home will turn out. We can consult in costs throughout the design process. This also allows for a second or third set of eyes on your plans to catch anything that you may want changed.

Can I make changes to the design during the construction process?

A: Yes, you can make changes to the design during the construction process. However, changes may affect the project's timeline and budget. Because we have a design-oriented team we will always offer ideas when we notice something that may need some work rather than just pushing through and following the plan.

How much does it cost to build a custom home?

A: The cost to build a custom home varies depending on the project's size, location, and complexity. It's important to work with a builder who can provide an accurate estimate based on your specific needs. We typically work on a Cost Plus Basis. This is beneficial to each client because we are a completely open book. You will see every receipt and be involved in every significant decision.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

A: We offer a standard 1-year workmanship, distribution systems, and building materials for one year after closing/ CO. Most new construction warranties cover ductwork, plumbing, and electrical systems for a period of two years. Damage or defects to the major structural components of your home. Items covered by the structural warranty include the foundation and footings, roof framing systems, load-bearing walls, columns, girders, lintels, and more are all covered for 10 years.

Do you provide financing options?

A: We do not provide financing directly, but we can refer you to reputable lenders who specialize in construction loans.

Do you work with investors?

A: Yes we actively are working on spec homes with investors and always interested in partnerships or investor deals. Whether you have a deal ready to go or are looking for one and need a place to put your money we likely are a great fit for what you are looking.

Can you help with the selection of finishes and materials?

A: Yes, we can assist with the selection of finishes and materials, and help you stay within your budget. We will give our opinion based on materials we often use in your market. its always great to have a designer or architect who specifies what the material should be on the plan set. This is why we recommend getting us locked in as your builder durring the design phase.

Do you have experience building in my area?

A: Yes, we have experience building in a variety of locations and can adapt to different building codes and regulations. Our main Major markets are. Park City, UT. Salt Lake City, UT.
