GETTY
HOUSE

Brentwood, L.A.

A “Sister” to the Getty Center.

From the very first blueprint to the final touches, every day for the last 5.5 years, my dad , Travis Roderick, along with the dedicated team at Roderick Builders, have poured their passion and craftsmanship into erecting not just a house, but a work of art. Today, The Wall Street Journal highlights our journey in creating this $68 million architectural marvel that stands as a ‘sister’ to the Getty Center.

We are beyond proud to share this milestone. It’s been an honor working closely with visionary investors and the esteemed architect, Thomas Juul-Hansen, whose design philosophy has brought this 15,000-square-foot masterpiece to life.

This project was more than construction; it was about creating a statement, a symbiosis of luxury and landscape, a testament to what can be achieved through collaboration, commitment, and the highest standards of excellence.

To our team, every beam placed, and every pane of glass installed, tells a story of dedication. As this chapter closes with the house complete, we are excited to see how its story unfolds. To the future dwellers of this home, may you build life’s best memories here.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this incredible journey. Here’s to many more!
