Zachary is the Project Manager and Scheduler for Roderick Builders. Zak boasts a background in finance, construction and building management. He has managed the new construction and building maintenance of over 3000 commercial properties across multiple states on both the East and West Coasts of the US. This vast experience allows Zak to give unparallel personal attention and concentration to each project every day. Zak operates a practice-orientated and tactile approach to project management; this allows him to meet hard deadlines. His responsibilities for Roderick Builders include, managing the day-to-day operations of each project, managing schedules, ensuring each project is moving forward according to clients’ expectations, lien release waivers, and working with subcontractors, ensuring quality, managing their scheduling, and ensuring they are all licensed and insured.
